About the Role
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving large-scale transformation in mental health services? We are seeking an expert Senior Programme Manager to join the Thames Valley Mental Health Provider Collaborative for a 12-month secondment / fixed term role.
The Thames Valley Mental Health Provider Collaborative is a pioneering partnership between Oxford Health NHS FT and Berkshire Healthcare NHS FT, in partnership with BOB ICB and system partners; established as one of only nine "innovator sites" in the country.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of high-profile transformational programmes — including the introduction of a system-wide model for Adult ADHD — to reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire.
Location: Travel across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Flexible and home working will be available however there is an expectation of travel to sites.
Hours: 30 -37.5 hours per week
