Job summary

A leading luxury brand is seeking a Training Manager in Greater London. This role focuses on enhancing client experiences and sales performance through targeted training initiatives for sales teams. Responsibilities include creating training strategies, developing content, facilitating training sessions, and onboarding new staff. Ideal candidates will have strong client-centric and interpersonal skills along with experience in training management. Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and deploying training strategies for sales teams.

  • Strong ability to observe sales dynamics and implement training accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy local training strategy.
  • Develop and oversee training sessions according to local needs.
  • Coordinate training events in accordance with Brand guidelines.
  • Facilitate sales trainings on product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Organize onboarding programs for new Client Advisors and Store Management.
