Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in Fashion luxury retail or hospitality.
• Shopfloor experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Animate and co-animate trainings and workshops.
• Facilitate product training in collaboration with the Buying team.
• Support new store openings and projects.
• Coach store managers and staff on selling skills.
