Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting or finance preferable.
  • Exposure to financial systems needed.
  • Understanding of expense processing and accounts payable required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Process employee expenses through Spendesk.
  • Manage administration linked to starters and leavers.
  • Onboard new starters and provide training.
  • Liaise with Helpdesk for system issues.
  • Update costing information monthly.
  • Manage expenses shared Outlook folder.
  • Produce monthly expenses summary.
  • Support AP team with vendor invoices.
