Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Healthcare, FMCG, or OTC with a track record of delivering growth.
  • Experience with Commercial Strategy, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Ability to build brand strategies and link marketing investment to business performance.
  • Willing to lead by example and drive execution across planning, creative, and delivery.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-brand growth strategies across categories.
  • Drive annual brand plans and oversee performance frameworks.
  • Guide planning and execution of campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with Global teams to align marketing activity with outcomes.
  • Analyse consumer and category dynamics to strengthen brand position.
  • Inspire teams to deliver relevant innovation quickly and effectively.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across London and Sydney.
