In this key role, you’ll oversee supplier quality and compliance, manage non-conformities, and drive improvements with the support of the business that reduce manufacturing risk and strengthen our supply chain.**Key tasks/Responsibilities:*** Monitor & drive performance indicators for his or her sector.* Suggest improvements to reduce manufacturing risks* Monitor conformity of purchased items (using incoming inspection results) and follow up on plans to recover non-conformities* Apply procedures for the delegation of control to suppliers.* Monitor and optimise entry and exit controls between the suppliers and Thales and ensure they are consistent.* Monitor return of defective parts to the supplier and monitor the processing of non-conformities with the supplier.
