Job Title: Concierge. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Concierge to support residents with multiple and complex needs, including mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming and well run environment, offering reassurance and practical support to residents when they need it most. This role helps keep our building, residents and service secure and responsive through regular safety checks, monitoring access, responding to emergencies, supporting residents with queries, keeping records, and handing over to the team. You’ll also help maintain a clean and safe environment.
We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of compassion, routine and safety who’s ready to make a difference in a calm, consistent way. Whether you’ve worked in supported housing before or bring transferable skills from another role, what matters most is if you’re dependable, care about people, and want to make a difference during quieter hours. Location: This role is based in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), the service is a short walk from Ladbroke Grove (Circle and Hammersmith) station. Unfortunately, this service does not have step free access.
Salary: £27,000
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rota between 13:00 - 21:00. You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements including weekends and bank holidays.
