A leading care service provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a well-established residential service in Littleover. The successful candidate will manage staff, ensure compliance with CQC regulations, and maintain high care standards for residents with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Domus are on the lookout for a Registered Manager to take the reins of a well‑established residential service in Littleover.
This is a specialist residential service – a 6‑bed residential property supporting people with learning disability, challenging behaviour, and mental health.
You will work proactively to build effective working relationships with Local Authority practitioners, families/carers and other stakeholders, and your strong vision and coaching approach will enable the development of your team and the service.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager, with excellent leadership, management, and organisational skills.
