A leading catering company in the UK is looking for an Events Operations Manager to oversee teams during events and ensure seamless execution from weddings to conferences. As a Events Operations Manager you will proactively manage teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients. You will work between Paisley Town Hall and Kilmardinny House being the operational manager in absence of the GM. As our events operations manager we are looking for someone who is equally comfortable on the floor doing a wedding, running a funeral or a busy bar before a comedy show who can also transition to doing a sales show round to secure future business.
Working Pattern: 5 days from 7 according to event requirements. 40 hours per week across 2 venues - overtime paid.
