  • Lead internal and external communications via calls, emails, and ticketing software
  • Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for the studio team
  • Showcase client results through meetings and updates
  • Support account executives in prioritising workloads and managing client needs
  • Collaborate with Business Operations to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Flag issues early and deploy team support as needed
  • Maintain task reporting software for accurate account management
  • Assist the studio team with workflow and reporting
  • Contribute to internal reporting and operational improvements
