A dynamic event management company in Brighton is searching for a Business Administration Manager to enhance operational efficiency. The role encompasses administrative oversight, HR management, and basic financial functions. 2026 is set to be another significant year of growth with our public events in double‑digit growth and multiple new brand partnerships and high‑profile clients coming on board.
We’re looking for a new Business Administration Manager to join us at our Brighton HQ. They will sit at the heart of the business supporting the team to deliver some of the most exciting events in the world.
The Business Administration Manager sits at the heart of the company over‑seeing the smooth delivery of key business administration.
It’s best suited to someone with a love of administrative efficiency combined with strong interpersonal relationships to ensure people adhere to the systems and processes they are responsible for.
The growth of the company and breadth of the role means that there will potentially be scope to develop a greater role in either HR or finance functions.

Salary: £35k to £45k per annum
Bonus: Potential for performance and company‑related bonuses
Holiday: 28 days (inc. bank holidays) plus time off between Christmas & New Year
Pension: 5% employer contribution

Start date: February 2026 onwards
