While each kitchen has its own style and service rhythm, all roles may require flexibility to work across sites, particularly for breakfast service.
All three kitchens share a commitment to quality, teamwork, and well-run services.
£13.50 per hour (live-in)
£14.50 per hour for local residents (includes £1.00 housing allowance)

Chef de Partie - Permanent
As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring consistent preparation, quality, and presentation. You'll work closely with senior chefs to deliver smooth services and support the development of junior team members.
As a Breakfast Chef, you\'ll be responsible for delivering calm, efficient, and high-quality morning service across our hotels. These roles suit organised early risers who enjoy structured service and teamwork.
