Working across key business areas such as Commercial, Engineering, and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent. This is an exciting opportunity to influence recruitment strategy, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and partner with hiring managers to ensure our teams are equipped with the right skills to succeed.
You will have the opportunity to lead high-impact recruitment campaigns, and be a key contributor to the future growth of Holcim UK.
