What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning and scheduling asphalt productionacross 4 plants in the midlands, based in Bardon Hill our HQ,and coordinating deliveries to meet daily and future customer needs.

• Acting as a central contact point for customers—taking orders, updating delivery statuses, and resolving queries.

• Using systems like Salesforce, E1, Genesis, and Excel to manage orders, track KPIs, and update planning boards.

• Monitoring order progress and communicating with both internal teams and customers to avoid disruptions.

• Resolving complaints, invoice queries, and product availability issues with speed, empathy, and professionalism.

• Working closely with production and dispatch teams to manage plant availability and delivery priorities.

• Identifying spare capacity and forward programming future orders to maximise efficiency.

• Contributing to a positive, customer-first culture while supporting your teammates.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, planning, or logistics roles.

• Great communication skills and a friendly, proactive approach to solving problems.

• Confidence using Excel and ideally familiarity with digital systems like Salesforce, E1, and Genesis (though not essential).

• A highly organised mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing demands.

• A team player who’s happy to pitch in and go the extra mile.

• A genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
