LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated Warranty Administrator to become an integral part of our dynamic team based at our dealership in Macclesfield. As a Warranty Administrator, you will oversee the warranty processes for our vehicles, ensuring that all claims are handled promptly and accurately. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction by managing warranty documentation and supplier communications effectively.

Salary £30,666

Key Responsibilities
Accurately processing warranty claims for vehicle repairs and services
  • Reviewing claims to ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintaining communication with both customers and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
  • Keeping comprehensive records of all transactions and claims
  • Assisting in the training of staff on warranty procedures and policies
  • Staying informed on new warranty regulations and applying them accordingly
  • Qualifications
    • Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role within the automotive sector
    • A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
