Qualifications

• At least five (5) years post graduate hands-on design experience in building services engineering.
• Working towards being a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with CIBSE or IMechE.

Responsibilities

• Project management of small to medium scale projects.
• Create and finalize engineering design solutions of electrical services.
• Complete survey work and site inspections.
• Write technical specifications and reports.

Skills

High level of computer literacy

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Autodesk Revit MEP

National Building Specification (NBS)

ESDL Tas and/or IES VE

Education
