Qualifications

• Experience in Mechanical & Electrical portfolio management role for a design consultancy.
• Experience in energy and carbon consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in delivering all aspects of portfolio management.
• Handover to delivery of Net Zero Carbon strategies.
• Conduct Mechanical & Electrical Services Maintenance audits.
• Preparation of site visit risk assessments.
• Prepare condition and feasibility reports.
• Attend/Chair meetings with contractors and clients.
• Conduct Surveys.
• Provide technical support to clients.

Skills

Maintenance management

Conducting MEP due diligence inspections

Technical investigation and fault diagnosis

Developing asset registers and maintenance audits

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements

Incorporating environmental impact

Building and maintaining positive client relationships

Education

BTEC or above in Mechanical or Electrical discipline
