Job summary

A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking a Building Services Manager for a full-time, hybrid role. This position involves optimizing regional performance and driving building standards across multiple campuses. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leadership and design within Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Building.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and other building systems, including their design, operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement robust policies for core building services.
  • Produce written design standards for various systems used in tender processes.
  • Provide support for construction/fit out projects and attend design meetings.
  • Lead on critical building asset escalations and investigate issues swiftly.
  • Complete performance meetings with vendors to assess contract delivery.
