You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team supporting just two people—giving you the time, space and continuity to build genuine relationships and provide truly person-centred care.

At this service, the staffing model includes:

  • 2 staff on shift during the day
  • 1 waking night
  • 1 sleep-in shift

Requirements
  • This vacancy is for a driver only – you must hold a valid UK driving licence
  • Shifts include days and sleep-ins only
Your values

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities and complex care. If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care. You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues. During recruitment you will meet the people we support in their home. This will allow you to see their wonderful personalities first-hand and fully understand the level of support that they require.
