What you can expect

Zoom is looking for a Partner Success Manager to drive customer success through our strategic partners.

You’ll ensure partners help customers realize maximum value from Zoom, fueling adoption, retention, and

growth. You’ll equip them with the tools, training, and insights needed to deliver exceptional customer

experiences at scale.

About the Team

Our Channel team champions partner-led customer success worldwide. We collaborate closely to align

strategies and share insights. We exist to help partners maximize customer value and long-term engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Driving partner onboarding and success planning to ensure effective adoption and renewal outcomes.
  • Enabling partners to increase adoption, engagement, and long-term customer value.
  • Collaborating with partner and internal teams to reduce risk and churn.
  • Collaborating with partner teams to develop and execute scalable customer retention and growth strategies.
  • Identifying expansion opportunities within partner-managed customer portfolios.
  • Aligning cross-functionally to deliver consistent, scalable customer experiences.
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, partner management, or account management.
  • Be fluent in German and English.
  • Drive retention, adoption, and growth through indirect or partner-led models.
  • Be able to analyze customer data to identify risk, opportunity, and next actions.
  • Communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Enable and coach others using structured guidance and best practices.
  • Bring experience with SaaS platforms, collaboration tools, or unified communications solutions.
