Responsibilities

• Assisting with processing account transactions
• Posting receipts and payments accurately on the accounting system
• Supporting bank reconciliations
• Assisting with billing and invoice processing
• Helping to ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules
• Handling queries from fee earners and internal departments
• Maintaining accurate financial records and filing
• Supporting month-end and year-end procedures as required

Training & Development

Full training provided in legal cashiering and SRA Accounts Rules

Ongoing support and mentoring from experienced team members

Opportunity to develop into a more senior legal cashier role over time

Qualifications

Essential:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
