Qualifications

Do you have at least 5 years experience in the BEMS industry? And are you looking to transition into sales?

Our growing Scottish team are looking for a new teammate! BEMS industry experience is essential for this role and we encourage BEMS engineers who'd like to take that leap into a sales role to apply.

Here’s what we’re after in an ideal candidate.

What you’ll need:
  • 5-10 years' experience in the field of BEMS
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. electrical/mechanical)
  • Ability to connect with people and build relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Determination to deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction
  • A flexible and self-motivated approach to work
  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • A full driving license
What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing key accounts within our customer portfolio
  • Acting as a primary point of contact and addressing enquiries, needs and concerns promptly
  • Delivering exceptional service all round, with customer satisfaction a top priority
  • Hitting sales targets and pre-defined objectives
  • Forecasting order input amounts and timings
  • Fully estimating projects and producing technical proposals
  • Developing new business with consultants, contractors and end users
  • Leading and driving new initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with new and existing customers in Scotland
  • Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist in the planning of and taking part in marketing, promotion and customer entertainment activities
  • Acting as a liaison between the client and the internal teams
