A leading automotive company in Milton Keynes is offering a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. In this role, you will provide operational and reporting support for employee car schemes and logistics. Ideal candidates will have 5 GCSEs, great attention to detail, and strong communication skills. This apprenticeship offers a salary of £20,000, 27 days of holiday, and additional benefits including a pension scheme and discounts. In our Group Vehicle Operations department, you will provide operational and reporting support to the teams responsible for the employee car scheme supply, planning and logistics, as well as the remarketing of those vehicles. You will also have the chance to assist with various projects, enhancing your understanding of business operations and decision-making processes to help us achieve our objectives.
You’ll be working towards your level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship to gain a recognised qualification alongside industry experts. As well as salary of £20,000, you\'ll receive 27 days holiday – plus bank holidays, access to our car schemes, pension scheme, employee wellbeing support, on-site restaurant and shopping discounts.
To be successful in this apprenticeship you\'ll have high levels of attention to detail and great communication skills. You\’ll be able to work collaboratively with others and have good organisation skills in order to manage tasks and deadlines.
To be eligible for the apprenticeship, you also need to have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 9-4 or A-C) including Maths and English and meet the government funding rules, including:
Prior knowledge and skills: You must not have more than six months professional experience in a similar role or hold a level 4 qualification or above in a related subject.
Government funded learning programmes: You must not be on another government funded learning programme
Right to work: You must have the right to work in the UK.
