A local educational institution in the United Kingdom is looking for an experienced Inclusion teaching assistant to join their Inclusion Team. The role involves supporting pupils with Autism and their developmental needs to enhance learning access. Candidates should be enthusiastic and adaptable, with a passion for nurturing individual talents in students. This is a permanent, term-time-only position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and includes daily lunch duty.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Inclusion Team, as an Inclusion teaching assistant. The role will involve either supporting pupils in our Special Resource Provision (SRP) who have a diagnosis of Autism or supporting the development, social and emotional and behavioural needs of pupils across the school to improve access to learning.
The successful candidate will join us either within our purpose built SRP environment or within one of our Thrive provisions, working with our existing Thrive practitioners to support the needs of individuals and groups of children across the school.
