Job summary

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older and reside within 60 minutes of the station.
  • Ability to pass a medical assessment including hearing, vision, and colour vision tests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service on board the train.
  • Ensure safety and operation of the train, liaising with colleagues.
  • Check and sell tickets while maintaining service standards.
  • Handle customer queries calmly and confidently.
