• Experience in employer engagement and placement assessments.
• Level 2 English and Maths qualification.
• Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Knowledge of placement assessments and competencies.
• Experience working with children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Arrange appropriate placements for Level 2 and T Level learners.
• Carry out assessments and maintain student records.
• Communicate effectively with students and employers.
• Work closely with curriculum managers to match placements.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at placements.
