• Experience of working with people with a learning disability.
• A track record of securing paid work outcomes and delivering against targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality support is provided to each learner.
• Act as an ambassador for Mencap.
• Liaise with Senior Skills Coach to plan in-work support.
