• Experience in care (Autism, Learning Disabilities or Mental Health) is desirable.
• Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to train).
• Commitment to safeguarding & providing high-quality support.

• Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and positive behaviour strategies.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for those we support.
