What You’ll Do
  • Create opportunities that matter – Coordinate exciting employer interactions for our students.
  • Be a connector – Build strong partnerships with employers and networks across Sheffield and beyond.
  • Lead the way – Promote our Sixth Form to businesses and champion our students potential.
  • Shape the future – Manage T‑Level placements and ensure they deliver real value.
  • Track success – Use innovative tools like Unifrog to monitor engagement and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
  • A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident using IT and social media to engage and promote.
  • Someone who can motivate and inspire young people.
  • Someone who can convert employer interest into employer involvement.
  • Educated to Level 3 and holds a full driving licence.
Bonus points if you have
  • Knowledge of post-16 qualifications (including T‑Levels).
  • Experience working with employers or in vocational education.
  • Experience within sales and marketing.
