A veterinary clinic in Scotland is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join their team. The role requires excellent communication skills and organizational ability, as well as the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include handling emergency phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area. We are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Oaks Vet Centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and experience in customer service and administrative tasks. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills both verbal and written, strong organisational skills, attention to details, the ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment and proficiency in computer skills.
The role will be based between our Saltcoats, Largs and Dundonald branches, working 40 hours per week over 4 days. A share of the weekend rota is also included. The role may involve some animal handling in our Dundonald branch, full training will be given. A full clean, manual driving licence is required for transportation of patients using the practice vehicle. An immediate start is possible.
