• Ability to use lived experience to connect with and support students.
• Ability to encourage and support students to engage with courses and college activities.
• Completion of or willingness to undertake Peer Support Training.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals who use the Discovery College Lounge.
• Co-delivering courses alongside community members.
• Maintaining a welcoming and safe space.
