Job summary

A community support organization in Preston is looking for a Senior Recovery Worker to deliver recovery-focused interventions and promote social inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, alongside previous experience working with individuals with complex needs. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing guidance to service users, and ensuring effective day-to-day service operations. Qualifications

  • Experience in a mental health setting is essential.
  • Ability to supervise staff and delegate responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work towards a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
