Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm

Salary: £29,000 to £31,000 per annum

At Mercedes-Benz of Brighton, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech‑savvy individual to join our team as a Site Coordinator. This is a key position in our Dealership, where you will provide support to both our Service and Sales departments. It’s an exciting role that will give the right person the chance to develop their career with a market leading brand.

You will assist our busy departments by organising vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles and ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard. Part of the role includes loading and maintaining our used car online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions online daily for use on our website and social media accounts.

Responsibilities

• Taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions, and placing them onto our online showroom daily.
• Capturing CitNOW videos for customers.
• Organising vehicles on site to present them well for customers.
• Overseeing social media accounts and tracking responses.
• Collecting and delivering vehicles to customers.
• Ensuring the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.

Ideally, you will have prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast-paced premium environment and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be an excellent communicator and comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business.

You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail. You will have sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes.

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast-paced premium environment and working well under pressure. You will be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business.
