We’re already more than 1,500 people across Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany and France, and have recently launched in the UK, where expansion is moving fast.
At Flatpay, Field Sales is a core growth engine, not a secondary function. Unlike much of the market, all Field Sales roles are permanent, full-time employed positions — not freelance or contractor models.
As we expand into new regions, we are hiring two Territory Managers in every new territory, and high-performing Field Sales Executives are the first consideration for these leadership roles. Progression is based on performance and ownership — not tenure.
📍Location: Remote / Field-based (you will be assigned to one local territory)
Commission: Uncapped — there is a clear link between results, responsibility, and earnings
Transportation: Mileage paid for use of your own vehicle, plus free RingGo parking account
