Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an Early Years setting.
• Understanding of safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, equality and SEN/Inclusion.
• A caring, reliable and professional approach to working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education to children.
• Support children’s learning through play-based, child-led experiences.
• Observe, assess and plan for children’s next steps in learning.
• Uphold safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
