A growing HR firm in the UK is seeking an experienced HR professional to support the employee lifecycle and coordinate HR activities. In this role, you will maintain HRIS, assist with recruitment, and enhance employee engagement through events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a relevant HR qualification. Enjoy flexibility in working hours and be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team culture.
In this role, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring our HRIS is up to date, coordinating meetings and events, and being a trusted first point of contact for employee queries.
You are highly organised, a confident communicator, and someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment. You’re in it for the long term, with a drive to learn and grow and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and creating the best experience for everyone.
