A leading IT solution provider in the UK seeks a dedicated HR Advisor in Pocklington. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist skilled in navigating complex employee relations and HR processes. Responsibilities include advising management on performance issues, managing employee absences, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The right person for this role willbe an experienced HR generalistwith a fantastictrack recordin handling employee relations cases. We will be looking for somebody who has experience working in a similar office-based sector and within a similar-sized organisation(250-500 people) in a role that has a broad level of responsibility.
Experience working in the IT industry would be abigbonus!

As part of our recruitment process due to the nature of the work we do, all employeesare required toundertake a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS)check.
