The Role: Kitchen Porter

As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is more than a traditional KP role,as a new and growing business,you’llalso be involved in wider kitchen operations and supporting the team wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaininghigh standardsof cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen

• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Supporting chefs with basic food preparation whenrequired

• Assistingwith deliveries, stock organisation, and waste management

• Helping with general kitchen setup and breakdown

• Being flexible and hands-on as the business grows, taking onadditionaltasks where needed
