A leading retail company in High Wycombe is looking for a Financial Accountant to oversee fixed assets and intercompany balances while delivering month-end P&L reports. The role requires 12–18 months of accounting experience alongside a technical accounting capability and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• 12–18 months’ experience in an accounting role.
• Retail or FMCG experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fixed Asset Register including capitalising and depreciating assets.
• Oversee all Capex reporting and forecasting.
• Manage intercompany balances and monthly reconciliations.
• Deliver month‑end P&L with variance analysis.
• Produce monthly flash forecasts and support annual budgets.
