A leading mental health service provider in the UK seeks a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to enhance care for children and their families. This role involves delivering assessments and therapies, working collaboratively with families and other professionals. Ideal candidates will hold professional registration as Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, or Occupational Therapists, offering a balance of remote and face-to-face work. Comprehensive training, supervision, and a supportive work environment are provided, along with numerous employee benefits.

We are launching an initiative for one year to focus on young people and their families who require assessment and treatment from the Getting Help and Getting More help teams. You would be joining a specific team including a mix of mental health professionals to focus on these young people and their families.
The team would have a different working model, combining face‑to‑face and remote working, with different bases across the county (including Banbury, Oxford, Bicester, Abingdon and Witney). Flexibility depending on where you live would be on an individual basis.
We are looking for enthusiastic clinicians to join the team who enjoy working with others, have a flexible approach to delivering treatment and enjoy a challenge. You will have a clear job plan setting out the expectations and will be fully supervised as well as working closely with the rest of the team for support.
We’ll support you with access to supervision and training according to your needs as a clinician.
