The Role

This role provides critical support to the Revenue Operations function within Ekco UK. The primary objective is to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of revenue and cost data by sourcing customer invoicing details, validating contract information, and assisting with reconciliation activities. The role plays a key part in ensuring that supplier Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is correctly aligned with customer revenue and contractual commitments.

Day-to-day at Ekco:
Data Sourcing & Validation
  • Gather customer invoicing details from internal teams, legacy systems, and acquired business units.
  • Collect and verify customer contract documentation, including schedules, renewals, and amendments.
  • Assist in building a centralized repository of customer contract and COGS data.
Supplier COGS Reconciliation
  • Support the reconciliation of supplier invoices against customer billing and contract records.
  • Identify discrepancies between supplier charges, customer revenue streams, reciprocal agreements.
  • Escalate variances and work with relevant teams to understand root causes.
Cross-Functional Communication
  • Engage with teams across the business; Sales, Finance, Service and Procurement to source missing information and validate details.
  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally, ensuring stakeholders understand requirements, variances, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with legacy business contacts to track down historic documentation.
Analytical & Process Improvement Work
  • Analyse data sets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for billing and cost improvements.
  • Support process mapping exercises to streamline contract and invoicing workflows.
  • Contribute ideas for improving data accuracy, system utilisation, and documentation standards.
What you’ll be responsible for:
