Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence.
• Management experience on a new build residential construction site.
• Experience managing jobs from inception to completion.
• SMSTS and First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and record progress according to company standards.
• Ensure high standards of quality in builds.
• Handle customer queries during production.
• Appoint and manage subcontractors for the site.
• Coordinate labor and materials effectively.
• Monitor output and ensure completion to standards.
• Initiate inspections under Building Regulations.
• Supervise road and sewer construction on site.
• Organize timely connection of all services.
• Conduct pre-completion inspections with purchasers.
