Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager in a construction or development environment.
• First Aid certificate and evidence of additional training in health and safety.
• Experience managing subcontractors and supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the build process adhering to regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor and manage the construction programme and delegate tasks as needed.
• Produce timely and accurate progress reports and manage subcontractors.
