Qualifications

  • Must have a FULL UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs.
  • Relevant experience as a Senior or Team Leader preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of colleagues to help individuals gain independence.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments and complete medication audits.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day service management.
