Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of health & safety and fire safety legislation.
  • Experience in mechanics or electrical systems would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of building services and IT competence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the operation of complex plant and ancillary equipment.
  • Support diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Carry out safety routines including fire safety procedures.
  • Act as Deputy Departmental Fire Safety Manager.
  • Maintain supply of medical gases and oversee stores management.
  • Manage café maintenance and work permit issuance.
  • Promote green initiatives across the building.
