• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Servicing clients under different classes of business to guide and advise them on policy cover and claims process.
• Checking insurance cover and policy dates before providing policy/claim advice.
• Acknowledging all new claims to both clients and insurers and keeping clients informed.
