As the Account Director, you will actively strategise and implement campaigns for iconic, household brand names, and ensure client relationships are consistently being maximised and expectations are exceeded.

Previous integrated agency experience is essential, with experience across ATL and BTL campaigns, toolkit creation and deployment, and managing the translations and creations of shopper touch points globally to hit the ground running!

Responsibilities

• Manage ATL and BTL projects from creative briefs, insight and strategy right through to delivery and execution
• Build on existing client relationships, truly understanding their needs and making sure strategies meet their objectives
• Be an excellent communicator, ensuring all teams and stakeholders keep informed and activities are aligned
• Manage costs, client budgets and agency profitability
• Develop your team, helping them to achieve personal and professional goals
• Be passionate about all things brand, with the ability to ensure channels are being utilised to their full potential across integrated retail shopper campaigns
