A growing artisan cheese company in Greater London is seeking a reliable Administrative Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support across the office and facility. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, be proactive and detail-oriented. Responsibilities include managing accounts communications, supporting financial processing, and maintaining accurate records. As our operations expand, we’re looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Coordinator to support our team and help keep the business running smoothly.
This part-time Administrative Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative support across our office and facility. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, hands‑on environment. You’ll work closely with our accountant, sales and packing teams, and management to ensure administrative processes stay on track.
Prior experience in the food or cheese industry is not required.
Starting Salary: £28,000+ pro rata (depending on experience)
We are looking for the right candidate to join our team in early 2026 so will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis.
