The SEO & CRO Client Director is the senior owner of client success and commercial health, focusing externally on clients, performance, and partnership value. Acting as the strategic connective tissue of the practice, you ensure clients grow in results and value, elevate the quality of strategic delivery, and are the trusted senior partner in high-stakes, complex, or critical situations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Act as the primary strategic advisor for C-level stakeholders, positioning the agency as a trusted partner, owning the value narrative, and leading senior-level escalation management when needed.
  • Drive portfolio health through retention and renewals, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across SEO, CRO, and integrated solutions, with clear linkage to client business outcomes.
  • Elevate the quality of strategic output by challenging assumptions, refining roadmaps, and ensuring best-in-class solutions across client work, pitches, and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as a senior thought partner for Strategists, coaching on executive communication and storytelling, and reviewing strategic plans and QBRs to ensure consulting excellence before client delivery.
  • Collaborate with SEO, CRO, and Commercial leadership to align client needs with internal capabilities, resource planning, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Proactively identify performance and revenue risks, help standardize an excellent client experience, and provide market-driven insights to evolve SEO & CRO service offerings.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Senior Stakeholder Leadership: Ability to build instant credibility with C-Suite clients and navigate political/complex environments.
  • Strategic Consulting Excellence: Proven ability to refine complex strategies and ensure world-class delivery standards.
  • Influence Without Authority: Able to lead, coach, and guide Strategists and cross-functional teams through trust and expertise rather than direct line management.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of agency profitability, pricing models, forecasting, and long-term account value (LTV).
  • Cross-Solution Fluency: Understands how SEO & CRO interact with other solution areas to create holistic commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • [Preferred] Fluency in Swedish.
