We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £48,275, tailored to your skills and experience. This package is based on a 42.5‑hour work week, Additionally, you have the opportunity to earn an over‑performance bonus!

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. Quality workmanship and achieving first‑time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

Pay Packages

• Service and Diagnostic Technician: Salaries range from £31,625 to £40,625.
• Senior Technician: Salaries range from £33,750 to £43,175.
• Master Technician Salaries range from £38,000 to £48,275

Qualifications and Skills

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician in VAG Group is ideal
• Diagnostic experience is also ideal for this role
• MOT license (preferred but not essential)
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
